By applying to volunteer, I understand and agree that:

Volunteering may involve some risks. If I am injured or experience damages while volunteering, I will not hold the Town of Okotoks, its employees, or other volunteers responsible.
During my volunteer activities, I will follow the direction of the Town’s designated representative and comply with all rules and regulations.
I consent to receive communication from the Town of Okotoks about volunteer opportunities and activities. I understand I may withdraw this consent at any time.

The personal information on this form is collected under the authority of section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act to be used for the administration of the Visitor Sign-In Log.
