Volunteer Requirements

JSSA volunteers serve adults and seniors of every religious background, race, and ethnicity. Complete the below form and submit if you are interested in volunteering. Thank you!

Please note that ALL volunteer are required the following prior to assignment:

Age 18 or Older
1 to 12 Month Commitment (varies by assignment, with most assignments being a minimum of 6 months)
Interview
Criminal Background Check
Fingerprinting (varies by assignment)
Reference Checks
Online HIPAA & Compliance Training Course(s)
Additional Trainings
