Prior Clearance

All applicants must have clean Massachusetts (MA) and New Hampshire (NH) CORI reports.

Drug testing will be conducted as part of the medical clearance process.

Vaccine documentation is required. If you are unable to provide it, Tufts Medicine Care at Home will cover the cost of necessary lab work and any required immunizations.

Annual flu vaccination is mandatory. If you have a medical exemption, please submit a letter from your healthcare provider.
