I understand the importance of this volunteer commitment and am able to make a commitment for a period of six months (or as specified in the specific posting)
I agree to undergo a criminal records check for working with vulnerable persons if I am accepted as a volunteer.
I agree to complete all required orientation and training sessions.
I agree to abide by all policies and procedures.
