Volunteer policies
I hereby submit my application for a volunteer position with the Ronald McDonald House of Western Washington and Alaska. If I am selected as a member of the volunteer program I agree to abide by all policies and procedures.
- I agree to attend a volunteer orientation and volunteer training.
- I agree to log my hours each time I volunteer.
- I certify that the statements made in this volunteer application are true and correct.
- I understand that I will not be compensated for my volunteer work.
- I authorize the Ronald McDonald House to contact the work, emergency, and personal references given as needed for volunteer placement.
Communications Release: I hereby give to RMHC, to its nominees, agents, and assigns, my free unlimited consent and permission, waiving all claims for any compensation by reason thereof or for damages by reason thereof, to use publish, republish or exhibit in the furtherance of its work, with or without identification of me by name, the photographs, videos or statements taken on this day and to disseminate statements referring to me in conjunction therewith if RMHC so desires and to authorize any newspaper, company or other organization to use, publish, republish or exhibit said photograph with or without identification of me by name and to publish or disseminate statements referring to me in conjunction therewith in the promotion of RMHC and any of its fund campaigns or any or its activities.
