Operation Senior Shovel Hold Harmless and Waiver of Liability
I hereby acknowledge and agree that participation in this program involves rigorous physical activity including shoveling snow, which may be heavy, and other strenuous activity related to snow removal, including, but not limited to: walking, bending, squatting, and lifting, and often in cold and icy temperatures and for prolonged periods of time. I acknowledges that I am in good physical condition to participate in this program and have no medical conditions or diagnoses which would prohibit or affect my ability to participate in snow shoveling safely. I hereby assume any and all risks associated with such activities and agree to release and hold harmless the City of Aurora and its elected officials, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, lawsuits, costs, expenses and liability associated with participating in this program.
