Hosparus Health Volunteer Health Requirements
To ensure the safety of our patients and each other, all Hosparus Health staff and volunteers are required to have the following immunizations:
- Annually, during flu season (November 1 to March 31), submit flu immunization document. If you don't submit flu immunization, you will be "Inactive" during the flu season.
The following requirements only apply to volunteers who come into direct contact with patients and DOES NOT APPLY TO THRIFT SHOPPE VOLUNTEERS: provide proof of Covid-10 vaccines, complete an online TB Risk Assessment, and complete 2 separate TB skin tests. Annually, patient companion volunteers must complete the online TB Risk Assessment.
