The Confluence's Anneliese Weber Volunteer Program
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with The Confluence in our Anneliese Weber Volunteer program. To submit your application, please login to an existing Better Impact account or create a new one.
To complete your application, please ensure you are prepared to fill in the following sections:
- Contact Information
- General Interests (so we know which areas of our business operations interest you)
- Emergency Contacts
- Written Questions (this section of your application should take no longer than 20-minutes)
- Resume Upload (please submit a resume no longer than two pages in PDF format)
As part of our volunteer hiring process, after an application is submitted, applicants may be invited for interview. Due to the increasing interest in our volunteer program, not every applicant may be offered a volunteer position at The Confluence. Our volunteer hiring and onboarding process is as follows:
- Applicants write and submit an application
- The Volunteer Department reviews applicants and sends an interview invitation to candidates moving forward in the hiring process
- The Volunteer Manager conducts a short phone interview with invited candidates
- If deemed an acceptable candidate, the Volunteer Manager will offer a position in the Anneliese Weber Volunteer Program
- The new volunteer will be required to sign the “Volunteer Agreement and Assumption of Risk” form
- The new volunteer will be required to complete two onboarding modules
- Upon completion of the onboarding modules, the volunteer is free to sign up for shifts using Better Impact
