Volunteering Agreement

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, I understand and agree to abide by the agreements, codes of conduct, and any other policies, procedures, or guidelines the City of Leduc has in place in regard to volunteers who take on roles within the Cities programs, services, activities, and events.

Collection and use of personal information:

The personal information on this form is being collected for the purpose of volunteer recruitment and screening as well as providing contact information for Volunteer Leduc and it's community partner organizations. The information is collected pursuant to the authority of Section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act. Questions regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information can be directed to the City's Privacy Officer at (780) 980-7173 or by mail at: #1 Alexandra Park, Leduc, AB, T9E 4C4.
