Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Bellarine Community Health. Volunteers are a vital element in the delivery of services in our organisation and we greatly value and appreciate your support.

As a volunteer you will be expected to:

Agree to attend orientation/ induction as a volunteer
Meet the obligations and responsibilities of volunteering as outline in the Bellarine Community Health Volunteer Handbook

As a part of this application you will need to provide some of the following:

Provide the details of a Parent or Guardian for consent to volunteer (if you are under 18 years of age)
Provide the details of two (2) people not related to you as referees
Upload a copy of your resume (optional)
