Volunteer Agreement
VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT:
The Living Excellence values of the Shepherd’s Care Foundation inspires us to respect the unique needs of each individual living, working, or volunteering within Shepherd’s Care Foundation. In order to be of greatest service to the Shepherd’s Care Foundation’s residents, as a volunteer:
1.I will be conscientious in the fulfillment of my duties.
2.I will conduct myself with dignity, courtesy and consideration.
3.I understand and agree that as a volunteer of SCF, our residents are our central focus and as such, will be treated with compassion and respect. Abuse of any kind to a resident is intolerable and will not be condoned.
4.I will take any problems, suggestions or criticism to the Volunteer Coordinator or staff designate.
5.I will endeavor to make my work the highest quality and be willing to learn new concepts as the opportunity arises.
6.I understand that Volunteer Services abides by organizational policies setout by Shepherd’s Care Foundation.
I will comply with all policies discussed at the Volunteer Orientation and also outlined in the Shepherd’s Care Volunteer Handbook.
