Volunteer Agreement

I understand that I will be working in a customer service setting during my volunteer hours and may be asked to assist with other projects. I agree to perform all of my tasks in a friendly, enthusiastic and respectful manner.

It is my responsibility to keep track of my scheduled shifts and remove myself if I can no longer attend. I understand that I may need to contact Youth Services Department by email or phone call if I need to cancel less than 48 hours before my scheduled shift.

It is my responsibility to stay home if I am feeling ill and will cancel my shift properly.

I understand that I may be removed from the volunteer program at any time for any reason deemed appropriate by Glenview Library staff.

I understand that this does NOT qualify as Court-Ordered Community Service.
