WHS Volunteer Form Conditions
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Winnipeg Humane Society (WHS). If you have a MyImpactPage.com account through another organization you volunteer with, please enter your username & and password. - I am at least 18 years of age or older to apply for volunteer activities with the dog programs team.
- I authorize the WHS to collect and retain my personnel information in connection with a volunteer role.
- I authorize the WHS to perform screening to review my previous dealings with the organization.
- I will review and sign the WHS Volunteer Agreement within this form.
- I acknowledge that providing false information on this application may prohibit me from volunteering with the WHS.
- I understand that submitting this form does not automatically register me as a WHS volunteer.
- I understand that certain qualifications outlined for activities must first be met, including an interview, background check, orientation and training.
