GOSH Voice Member- 16+
GOSH Voice is our coproduction community at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). It brings together patients, siblings, parents, carers, and extended family members to help shape the future of the hospital.
GOSH Voice is about:
- Listening to lived experience
- Championing diverse voices
- Working together to co‑create meaningful change at GOSH
Members can get involved in a range of projects, workshops, and involvement opportunities, depending on their age, interests, and experiences.

Who can become a member of GOSH Voice?
- Patients. If you are currently receiving care or treatment at GOSH.
- Siblings. If your brother or sister is a current patient at GOSH.
- Parents, carers and extended family. If your child/family member is a current patient at GOSH.
- Bereaved parents and carers. If your child previously received care at GOSH.
- Alumni. If you are a previous patient, sibling or parent/carer within the past 5 years.
How do I sign up?
We use an online system called MyImpact to manage applications and activities and to keep your information secure.
If you are aged 16 or over:
Use this webpage.
- Please scroll down to the section titled “I am new to MyImpactPage.com”.
- You will need to create a username and enter and confirm your email address.
- Once you select “Save and Continue” you will be taken directly to the GOSH Voice (16+) application form.

These forms are designed to be age‑appropriate and suitable for children and young people. They ask for some additional information, to make sure your parents/carers are kept informed and are happy for you to sign up.
