I agree that I will not hold Kenton County’s staff, officials, or volunteers liable for any injury or claim as a result of my volunteering with Kenton County Animal Services (KCAS).

I understand that portions of the animal population at the shelter are stray animals, and the shelter has no knowledge of prior medical conditions or behavioral issues.

I understand that it is recommended to be up to date on the Tetanus vaccine and consider pre-exposure rabies vaccines, both at my own cost.

I authorize KCAS to use photographs or videos of me for public relations purposes.
