You agree to:
- read and sign policies and procedures of the Cochrane Food Bank Society
- attend scheduled orientation and training sessions
- notify the appropriate person if you are unable to volunteer
- hold as confidential any private information obtained directly or indirectly
The Cochrane Food Bank agrees to:
- provide orientation, training and guidance, whenever possible
- safeguard the personal information entrusted to us by our members, directors, employees, donors, volunteers, clients and stakeholders. We value and respect the privacy and sensitivity of your personal information and wish to be accountable in the ways we manage and treat the information we hold. We protect the personal information in our custody against theft, loss, unauthorized collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal.
