Organization Policies

Applicants must be 18 years old or over to volunteer with Nature Foundation.
Applicants agree to provide (or apply) for a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check.
Nature Foundation will work to match volunteers to our roles based on our strategic vision, mission, goals and cultural qualities and the applicants' capabilities, interests, skills and experience. Nature Foundation reserves the right not to engage an applicant who does not match to our organization's needs.
Accepted volunteers agree to undertake a Nature Foundation Volunteer Induction and Site and Role orientations, if applicable, and act in accordance with our Volunteer Code of Conduct and Volunteer Agreement and policies.
Nature Foundation volunteers must keep their MyImpact profile current and contribute and demonstrate their commitment by logging about 50 hours per year of service.
Volunteers need access to the internet via a Smartphone or other device.
Our nature reserves are outside of metropolitan areas and a driver's license and willingness to car-pool is helpful for reserve-based roles.
