Individual Volunteer Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Oshkosh Area Community Pantry. At this time, we are currently only recruiting new volunteers for our Checkout and Registration areas.

To volunteer at Oshkosh Area Community Pantry, please apply online via our Better Impact volunteer software. Use a current email address to create an account with a username and password, and then answer the application with your personal and demographic details.

After submission, your application will be reviewed within a few days, and a basic background check will be conducted. Once this process is complete, the Volunteer Manager will contact you to schedule an in-person orientation and interview.

All volunteers serving at OACP must:

Must apply online and be approved for service by the Volunteer Manager
Complete both an online and in-person orientation
Sign up and schedule their shifts online before arriving
Wear closed-toe shoes when volunteering
Agree to and uphold all OACP volunteer policies
