Organization Policies
This application must be completed by anyone wishing to volunteer with the Central Station Community Center. In order for Central Station to provide a secure environment for all people, the following questions must be answered honestly and completely.
All information will be kept strictly confidential. Any questions of a sensitive or personal nature may be discussed with staff upon completion and may not necessarily exclude your involvement with the Central Station Community Centre.
Once you’ve successfully submitted your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. If you don’t see it right away, please check your junk or spam folder and mark us as “safe” so you don’t miss future messages.
