By applying, I confirm that I am able to meet these standards and can commit fully to the volunteering role, including attending agreed shifts, completing required training, and communicating promptly if I am unable to attend.
- I declare that the information provided on this form, or in any accompanying documents, is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that if any information is later found to be false or misleading, the Trust may withdraw an offer of a volunteering role or end my placement.
