LEAD Eligibility & Expectations

Eligibility
Student Leaders must be current undergraduate students at the University of Windsor for the duration of their LEAD involvement. -
Availability Requirement
Student Leaders must be available for at least 75% of the scheduled dates (including training dates) as outlined in the program calendar for their stream of choice. -
Policy Compliance
Student Leaders are required to comply with all University of Windsor policies, procedures, and the Student Code of Conduct while participating in program activities. -
Professional Conduct & Representation
Student Leaders are expected to represent the Student Success & Leadership Centre and the University of Windsor with professionalism, integrity, and responsibility, and to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the institution at all times.
Failure to meet these expectations may result in removal from the LEAD program. Participation is contingent upon meeting all eligibility and availability requirements.
